The location is great on the promenade, just across from the pier. My room was clean, and it included helpful toiletries for my stay. Top amenities came with a super clean ensuite (i loved that!). The customer service was of a very high standard.
The stairs were a lot (especially with luggage).

The host provided a very tasty breakfast each morning . The breakfast service looked like a bargain, especially if you enjoy a sea view. I didn't take breakfast.

My room was bigger than expected, and it was very clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable, and clean towels were provided daily. The television is a smart TV and has all the channels, even blackout curtains.

The manager was responsive, attentive, and accommodating . The welcome from the host was of a very high standard. He explained everything well during check in (a very smooth process!).

I found the room spotlessly clean. The bed felt very comfortable. The modern bathroom included shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, and hand sanitizer. I appreciated tea and coffee making facilities being topped up daily. Clean towels were also provided for my convenience.
The room was quite small, although manageable for a short stay. IT WAS slightly noisy from traffic, something common for seafront hotels.

The hotel boasts a REALLY convenient location right on the promenade seafront, very close to the pier. Numerous restaurants and pubs are also nearby, great. The bus terminal is a short walk away too.

I opted for breakfast one morning and found it well priced and delicious. The service was prompt and friendly. There is a restaurant close to the hotel, offering additional dining options.

The smart tv offered many channels to keep me entertained. Blackout curtains helped block out light for better sleep. A fan kept the room cool . I noticed helpful toiletries, WHICH soothed my stay.

My room, number 9, was located at the top and was very quiet. I couldn't hear any noise from the back of the hotel. I had blackout curtains plus a fan.

I experienced a friendly welcome and excellent customer service from the host. Communication was great and very helpful! The manager, leo, was polite and went out of his way to help.

The location is amazing. It is just across the road from the pier and the beach. It is also a short walk to shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the smart TV with all the channels.
I was on the top floor so there were many stairs. I think the towel in my room was dirty upon my arrival.
